The health care insurance field seems to be more confusing each day: what's covered? what's not? preauthorization? filing procedures?
But when it comes to your dental health policy, we're here to help.
If you have dental health coverage on your health insurance policy, then you know your policy is a contract between you and your insurance provider. However, when you come in for your child's appointment, bring your insurance information with you. You can give us the information on your Patient Information Form that you complete during your first visit. Or you can download your Patient Information Form here, print it out and complete it at home, then bring it with you when you come in.
Our Insurance Specialist in our office will help estimate the benefits of your policy, help estimate the co-pay your policy may require, if any, and then can further help by filing your claim, along with the necessary paperwork your policy may require, for you.
You are still responsible for the payment for services, but if you have dental health coverage we'll do all we can to help you receive the full benefits your policy may offer.
