We love serving our younger patients and their families and are thrilled when our wonderful patient refer their families and friends. We are grateful for the trust this implies and try, in everything we do, to treat you and your child so that you will always feel comfortable sharing our name with your friends.

For this reason we have developed a thank you program to thank and reward those of you who refer your family and friends. We call it our "Referral Rewards" program and it's really quite simple.

Whenever you refer a new friend whose child becomes a new patient of Pediatric Dentistry Associates we would like to welcome them with a $25 credit off their first child's first appointment. This a personal gift from you to your friend and they will thank you for it over and over again.

But we would also like to thank you for taking the time and thought to share our name with them. So not only will your friend receive a gift but you, also, will receive a $25 credit off your account with us.

To make things even easier we have printed up a Smile Card that we will give you during your visit. All you need to do is write your name at the top of the card, then give it to a friend whose children could benefit from the special attention we give to their dental health needs. When your friend brings the card in for their first visit we will contact you and let you know that you have a credit.

There are some restrictions on this program noted below but it really couldn't be much easier. There is no limit to the number of friends and therefore the credits you can receive for referring others to our office. So please, accept our gratitude for referring your friends to our office. You know, our best patients seem to always come from friends like you.

Important note about the Referral Rewards program - You may refer as many friends as you like and we'll apply your referring credits to your account for current or future services. However, this offer is only good for one credit per newly referred family whose children become new patients of Pediatric Dentistry Associates. The card itself has no cash value and only applies as a discounted fee to patient accounts.  The Referral Rewards program does not apply to new Medicaid patients.
